Instructions

Wash your hands for 40-60 seconds before handling the mask.

Fold the inner tabs of the mask out.
3_
Once unfolded, put on the face, always manipulating it from the elastic bands.
4_
Put it on your nose and mouth, making sure there is no gap between your face and the mask.
5_
Pass the elastic bands behind your ears.
6_
Avoid touching the outside of the mask. If you do, wash your hands before and after.
7_
When you go to remove the mask, touch only the elastic bands.
